  • Textiles made from recycled materials

    At GFD, we rely, among other things, on materials that are both sustainable and functional. Many of the fabrics are made from recycled PET bottles. These are shredded, granulated, melted down, and processed into yarn.
    This is how high-quality and environmentally friendly textiles are created, which are indistinguishable from normal polyester.

    Conventional textile dyeing consumes large quantities of chemicals and water, leaving behind contaminated wastewater. Sublimation printing offers a resource-efficient and
    modern alternative. This process allows for printing vibrant and durable colors without harming the environment.
    But the best part is: This innovation enables better print quality at a lower price!

    We put an end to that by relying on high-quality fabrics, manufacturing to the highest quality standards, and the full sublimation printing process, which guarantees durability like no other printing process.

    This allows us to counteract environmental pollution in the best possible way, because the fewer garments that need to be produced, the better!

    We have our products manufactured in Germany and Poland. The entire product is created there. From cutting to printing and textile production. There's no need to wait for months for goods from the Far East, as raw materials are sourced regionally. This reduces the ecological footprint and makes it possible to react to current trends and ensure fast delivery to our customers. This holistic approach ensures that every production stage is environmentally friendly and ethically responsible.
